The apartment is situated in the heart of St. Julian's yet it's located in a quiet cul-de-sac. The large south facing balcony overlooks Balluta Valley and sunsets from there can be quite special! The apartment is very modern and spacious with a large living area and all the comforts one would expect to find at home.
